Designs for dry/wet milling of minerals and industrial powders: controlled feed, vibratory or ball milling, screw conveying and in-line screening deliver target fineness with energy efficiency and optimized maintenance.
Raw materials are Leader Machinery conveyed by the screw conveyor into the hopper for temporary storage, then evenly fed by the vibrating feeder into the vibrating mill for grinding and milling. The processed materials are screened by the vibrating screen, and the qualified products are transferred by the screw conveyor to the packing machine for automatic quantitative packaging.
This production line integrates feeding, milling, screening, and packaging into a continuous process. It features a high degree of automation, uniform material handling, and is ideal for the industrial production of various powder materials.
Inconsistent fineness → Implement closed-loop classification, adjust mill/speed and recycle ratio.
Blockage/bridging → Screw conveyors with anti-bridging features and consistent feeder control.
Energy consumption → Optimize mill selection (vibratory vs ball) and motor frequency control.
Building materials customer: replaced ball mill with 2ZM vibrating mill for fines processing — 12% higher throughput, 8% energy savings.
Vibrating mills (2ZM or single-drum micro mills) are recommended for sub-micron fineness with lower energy for many materials; ball mills suit coarser grind or high load applications.
