Full flotation plant design for sulfide and non-sulfide ores. Process includes staged crushing, controlled milling to liberation size, spiral classification, reagent dosing and flotation cells — focused on maximizing recovery and concentrate stability.
Raw ores are Leader Machinery fed into the rough jaw crusher for primary crushing, followed by the fine jaw crusher for secondary crushing. The crushed materials are then ground in the ball mill, and the slurry is classified by the spiral classifier. Coarse particles are returned to the ball mill for regrinding, while qualified slurry enters the mixer, where it is thoroughly stirred and mixed with flotation reagents. Finally, the slurry flows into the flotation machine, where valuable concentrates are separated from tailings.
This production line is widely used for beneficiation of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals, and non-metallic ores. It is characterized by a mature process, high separation efficiency, and strong adaptability.
Low flotation recovery → Optimize grinding fineness, reagent dosing and cell parameters.
Reagent/water management → Recommend dosing systems and water circuit plans.
Cell scaling & maintenance → Robust mechanical design and spares strategy.
Copper concentrate project: achieved +4% recovery after optimizing mill classification and flotation cell aeration.
Yes. We can assist with lab testwork coordination and pilot trials to verify flowsheet performance prior to full-scale design.
