Process Flow
Raw materials are evenly fed into the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for primary crushing. They are then transferred to the impact crusher or cone crusher for secondary and fine crushing. The crushed materials are sent to the vibrating screen for grading, where aggregates of different sizes are separated to form multiple specifications of finished products. For manufactured sand, materials are washed in the sand washing machine to remove dust and impurities, resulting in cleaner finished sand.
This production line features a mature process that integrates continuous crushing, screening, and washing. It produces high-quality aggregates with excellent particle shape, suitable for construction, highways, railways, water conservancy projects, and concrete mixing.
