Complete magnetic separation plants for magnetic minerals: staged crushing, milling, spiral classification and cascaded coarse/fine magnetic separation to maximize recovery and concentrate grade.
Raw materials are evenly fed into the rough jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for primary crushing, then sent to the fine jaw crusher for secondary crushing. The crushed materials are transferred to the ball mill for grinding, and the ground slurry is classified by the spiral classifier. Coarse particles are returned to the ball mill for regrinding, while qualified slurry enters the rough magnetic separator for preliminary separation, followed by the fine magnetic separator for precise separation, producing high-grade magnetic concentrates.
This production line is well-designed and widely applied to beneficiation of magnetite, hematite, limonite, and other iron ores. It features a high degree of automation, efficient separation, and stable product quality.
Low recovery → Optimize grinding/classification + staged magnetic circuits.
High wear → Hardfacing liners, scheduled spare kits and responsive parts support.
Energy & water use → Process optimization to reduce over-grinding and recycle flows.
Iron ore project: adopted spiral classifier + staged magnetic separation; concentrate grade +3% and recovery +6%.
Yes — many circuits use magnetic separation for coarse pre-concentration before flotation for non-magnetic valuable minerals; we design hybrid circuits per ore characteristics.
